Conventional Acrylic and Oil based paint systems
I Paint Sydney has over 30 years experience, so we know what preparation and product to use for your project that will withstand Australia's harsh and ever changing climate. We use all conventional acrylic and oil based primers, undercoats, sealers and top coats. We always use genuine branded products that are proven to work for your strata painting, commercial painting, aged care painting or residential painting project and we only use brands like Dulux and Porters Paints that come with warranties.
Timber Treatments
I Paint Sydney timber treatment services include paint and varnish removal in preparation for varnish, stains or painting and application of oils, stains or varnish. We can treat decking, garage doors, fences and gates, windows and all other timberwork. We work with suppliers to ensure that the product used is always the best product for the timber and it's location and exposure to the elements.
Two Pack and Epoxy Coatings
I Paint Sydney uses two pack and epoxy coatings when the surface requires a stronger product to ensure durability, whether this is covering graffiti, painting industrial piping or coating warehouse and car park floors. We received a commended award for the industrial finishes of one our commercial projects, at the 2018 Master Painters NSW & ACT awards.
Performance Coatings
I Paint Sydney uses performance coatings to maintain barrier protection on applicable surfaces. These coating films are often many times thicker than normal decorative coatings ensuring enhanced performance and protection. We use brands like Dulux, Zinsser and EmerClad that come with warranties.
Wallpapering
I Paint Sydney can remove existing wallpaper and prepare the surfaces for painting. We can also prepare surfaces and install new wallpaper. Rendering Repairs
I Paint Sydney can undertake your rendering repairs for your painting and maintenance project. This strata project had suffered from water penetration which had led to the render failing around the building. We removed all failed render and reapplied new render before applying finishing paint coatings
Line marking
I Paint Sydney can refresh your car park, aged care facility, commercial enterprise or strata scheme with fresh line marking. We can undertake line marking, arrows, numbering and letters. This is a large two storey car park in Waverton that we undertook line marking and numbers.
Lead based paint hazard management

High pressure cleaning
